Perfect Wedding Day Package
  • Two weeks prior to your wedding we will call your vendors to go over details as per your instructions.
  • Contact all vendors week of wedding to insure everything is on a go pattern and finalize any monies still due.
  • My assistant and I will attend rehearsal and take notes to insure the wedding party is properly lined up for the procession.
  • We will arrive two hours before the ceremony to check all personal flowers and see that the chapel is properly decorated.
  • Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony.
  • Prepare programs and skullcaps for distribution when applicable.
  • Warmly greet your guests as they enter the chapel.
  • Oversee that ushers are doing their job of escorting the guests.
  • Check ushers bow ties, cummerbunds, and boutonniere for proper placement.
  • Brush tuxes so that they are lint free.
  • See that ushers’ hair is slick and faces are oil free.
  • Check bridesmaid’s gowns, bra straps and hair.
  • Check bridesmaid’s make-up, pat all faces oil free.
  • Be sure that all members of wedding party are picture perfect.
  • The procession will be precisely lined up without any confusion.
  • We will time and direct the procession.
  • Special attention will be given to you before you walk down the aisle so that you will be the most beautiful bride ever!
  • Bubbles or birdseed packets or dove release will be attended to.
  • Your receiving line will be organized.

AT THE RECEPTION

  • We will check to see that your place cards are alphabetized and displayed
  • We will be sure your guest book and pen are properly displayed.
  • We will see that all vendors have arrived and assist them with any problems or questions they may have.
  • We check to see that the wedding cake is decorated as to you specifications and put on display.
  • We check to see that the toasting glasses, cake cutter and server are in their respective places.
  • Distribute your envelopes to pay vendors if you so request.
  • Be sure your favors are ready for distribution as per your instructions.
  • Co-ordinate entrance to room with caterer and band.
  • Relieve you from carrying your gifts.  We will place them in the bridal room for you.
  • Greet your guests and assist them with any questions or problems they may have.
  • We are prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise.
  • Work with your photographer to aid him in gathering people for your photos.
  • We will gather all your personal items at the end of the reception so that nothing is left behind.
  • Call your limo company to be sure they are there to transport you to your next destination.
